This model features an adjustable current setting range of 5 A to 25 A, powered by 200–240 V AC control supply voltage. Adopting electronic chip sensing technology instead of traditional bimetallic thermal elements, it delivers far higher protection precision, stable performance under wide temperature variation, and comprehensive multi-dimensional motor fault protection functions including overload, phase loss, locked rotor and mechanical stalling protection. Equipped with three independent adjustment knobs, LED fault indication lights, manual/automatic reset switching and one changeover auxiliary contact, it is widely applied to three-phase asynchronous motors on machine tools, water pumps, fans, conveyor lines and general industrial automation equipment. It supports both direct plug-in installation on matched contactors and standalone 35 mm DIN rail mounting inside electrical cabinets, fully complying with global industrial low-voltage electrical safety standards.
2. Main Functions
- Precision Adjustable Overload Protection
Three rotary dials independently set load current, overload tripping time and motor starting delay time. The load current can be continuously adjusted from 5 A to 25 A; the relay will cut off the control loop automatically once long-term overload current exceeds the preset threshold to prevent motor winding overheating burnout.
- Comprehensive Multi-Fault Detection & Tripping
- Phase failure protection: Trips within 3 seconds when any one phase power supply is lost;
- Locked rotor protection: Instantly trips within 0.5 seconds if motor rotor is stuck and current surges over 3 times the set value;
- Mechanical jam protection: Quick short-time tripping available for equipment overload stalling scenarios.
- Dual Reset Mode Selection
Users can switch between manual reset and automatic reset modes according to on-site requirements. Manual reset avoids accidental restart after faults, suitable for high-safety mechanical equipment; automatic reset fits circulating running devices such as water pumps and ventilation fans.
- Fault Visual Indication & Signal Feedback
Built-in LED indicator lights display normal running status and fault tripping causes clearly. The integrated 1CO (1 Normally Open + 1 Normally Closed) auxiliary contact synchronously acts upon tripping, transmitting fault signals to PLC, alarm buzzers and remote monitoring systems.
