1. Product Overview

The LADN22 is an original Schneider Electric plug-on instantaneous auxiliary contact block belonging to the TeSys D contactor series product family. It is a modular accessory specially designed to be mounted directly on the top or side of TeSys D type AC and DC contactors, as well as compatible thermal overload relays. This brand-new genuine component provides auxiliary signal switching independent from the main power contacts of contactors. It is widely applied in industrial control cabinets, motor control circuits, automation panels, HVAC control systems, pumping equipment, conveyor control and general electrical interlock logic circuits, used to feedback contactor working status, realize electrical interlocking, indicator lamp driving and PLC signal input transmission. With standardized mechanical interface, it features quick assembly without extra wiring modification, stable contact performance and long service life for continuous industrial control operation.

2. Main Functions

Contactor Status Signal Feedback

Transmits real-time on/off state of the main contactor: closes auxiliary contacts when the contactor coil is energized and main poles close; opens auxiliary contacts when the contactor de-energizes, to drive panel indicator lamps showing running or standby status.
Electrical Interlock Control

Utilizes normally open and normally closed contacts to build interlock logic for two mutually exclusive contactors, preventing simultaneous closing of forward and reverse contactors in motor reversing circuits to avoid short-circuit risks.
Remote Signal Transmission for Automation System

Sends switching signals to PLC input modules, relays or intermediate control loops, realizing automatic sequential control, fault judgment and remote monitoring in automated production lines.
Auxiliary Circuit Switching Control
