Product Overview
CX-441 is an original amplifier-built-in compact distance-setting reflective photoelectric sensor belonging to Panasonic CX-400 Ver.2 industrial sensor series. Designed with ultra-small focused light spot structure, this diffuse reflective optical sensor adopts modulated red LED light source, dedicated for precise detection of tiny workpieces, pins, electronic components and miniature parts in narrow installation spaces. It supports continuously adjustable sensing distance via 5-turn precision adjuster, with built-in mutual interference prevention circuit and IP67 waterproof dustproof housing. Equipped with NPN transistor output and switchable Light-ON / Dark-ON operation modes, it transmits object presence/absence digital signals to PLC input modules for automated logic control. The product complies with CE, RoHS and UKCA industrial safety directives, widely used in precision assembly equipment, PCB production lines, packaging machinery, automated testing jigs and small-scale factory automation detection scenarios requiring high-precision micro-object identification.
