Product Overview
KV-H20S is a brand-new original dedicated expansion module designed for Keyence KV-7000, KV-8000 and KV-5000 series modular PLC platforms. It integrates dual functions: 2-channel high-speed pulse counter and 2-axis independent pulse positioning control unit. This module adopts differential line driver pulse output design, supporting linear and circular interpolation motion trajectory calculation, built-in 2 independent high-speed counting channels to receive encoder feedback signals. It connects to the PLC main CPU via internal high-speed backplane bus, undertaking all high-frequency pulse counting and servo stepping motor positioning tasks separately to reduce the calculation load of the main controller CPU. Compliant with IEC 61131-2 international industrial control standards, CE and RoHS certifications, it features excellent anti-vibration, anti-electromagnetic interference and wide temperature adaptability. Widely applied in automated assembly equipment, packaging machinery, conveyor positioning systems, printing devices, testing jigs and precision automation production lines requiring dual-axis linkage positioning and high-speed pulse signal acquisition.
