- Adjustable Thermal Overload Protection
Built-in bimetallic thermal trip elements realize inverse-time overload protection. Users can adjust the setting current from 17 A to 25 A according to motor parameters; the breaker will automatically trip to cut off power when the motor runs under overload for a long time, avoiding winding overheating burnout. It also features phase loss sensitive protection to prevent motor damage caused by three-phase power imbalance or single-phase power loss.
- Instantaneous Short-Circuit Magnetic Protection
Once severe short-circuit faults occur inside motor windings or connecting cables, the magnetic tripping mechanism acts instantly to break the circuit within milliseconds, blocking huge short-circuit current and protecting distribution lines and upstream electrical equipment.
- Manual ON/OFF Switching & Fault Status Indication
