1. Product Overview
MPX5100DP is an original NXP monolithic piezoresistive differential pressure sensor belonging to the MPX5100 series. It adopts advanced silicon micromachining technology and integrates thin-film signal conditioning circuits, built-in temperature compensation and factory calibration functions. This model supports differential pressure measurement within 0–100 kPa and outputs linear analog voltage proportional to the pressure difference between two pressure ports.
The sensor is equipped with dual barbed pressure ports for hose connection and 6-pin through-hole packaging for PCB mounting. It operates on a standard 5 V DC power supply and directly outputs amplified analog signals that can connect to microcontrollers or PLC analog-to-digital conversion modules.
