Product Overview
BAUMSLX7 is an original Simmerring® radial shaft oil seal developed and manufactured by Freudenberg CFW, belonging to the classic BAUM series rotary shaft sealing product line. Complying strictly with DIN 3760 international industrial standards, this sealing component adopts integrated composite construction: wave-shaped elastomer outer casing, built-in stainless steel tension spring, primary sealing lip and an additional external dust-proof auxiliary lip (SL structure). It is specially designed for dynamic sealing of rotating shafts, applied to prevent leakage of lubricating oil, hydraulic fluid and low-viscosity media inside gearboxes, motors and hydraulic equipment, while blocking external dust, dirt, splash water and particulate contaminants from invading the internal lubrication chamber. The X7 structural design optimizes contact pressure distribution for both static and dynamic sealing scenarios. Widely used in machine tools, automated production equipment, construction machinery, agricultural vehicles, gear reducers, hydraulic pumps, packaging machinery and general industrial transmission systems. Two mainstream rubber materials (NBR and FKM) are optional to adapt to diverse temperature and chemical medium environments.
