1. Product Overview
V2C is an original bare switch body from Schneider Electric TeSys VARIO series modular load switch disconnectors. It is a core low-voltage switching component specially designed to cooperate with KAD, KCD and other cabinet door-mounted rotary operating handles. Widely deployed in industrial machine tools, water pump assemblies, HVAC systems, conveyor equipment and various indoor low-voltage electrical cabinets, it serves as the main incoming power switch and maintenance isolation device for three-phase AC circuits.
This model is a 3-pole isolator with a rated conventional thermal current of 25A, applicable to AC circuits up to 690V. The internal structure provides a visible contact isolation gap that complies strictly with international isolation switch safety criteria. After being assembled with padlock-equipped external handles, it can realize Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) safety locking during equipment maintenance. The switch can bear transient fault surge current for a short duration. It works with external gG or aM type backup fuses to limit the impact of short-circuit faults and protect internal contact components from arc ablation damage.
- Running Status Signal Feedback
Auxiliary contact accessories can be mounted on the side of the switch body. These auxiliary contacts act synchronously with main contacts to transmit ON/OFF signals to PLCs, indicator lights and remote alarm systems for centralized operational monitoring.
