The Keyence CZ – V21AP is a PNP – output main amplifier unit of the CZ – V20 series RGB digital fiberoptic sensors, dedicated to high – precision color mark detection and identification in industrial automation scenarios like packaging, printing, and electronics manufacturing. It leverages advanced RGB digital sensing technology and fiberoptic connectivity, enabling flexible installation in confined spaces and seamless integration with various automated production lines. Main Functions
- Accurate RGB Color Mark Detection: Adopts RGB digital sensing to precisely distinguish and detect color marks, and can store up to 8 colors in its memory, which is suitable for multiple – color mark detection tasks in complex production processes.
- Multi – Speed Response Adjustment: There are four response time modes available, namely 200 μs (HIGH SPEED), 1 ms (FINE), 4 ms (TURBO), and 8 ms (SUPER), allowing users to choose the appropriate mode based on production line speed and mark feature requirements.
- Versatile Output & Timer Control: It is equipped with 4 PNP open – collector outputs, which can be directly connected to PLCs and other control devices. It also supports timer functions such as OFF, OFF – delay, ON – delay, and One – shot, with the timer duration adjustable from 1 to 1000 ms for each bank.
- Flexible Teaching & External Control: It supports intuitive teach – in programming for quick parameter configuration. Besides, it has external tuning input, external bank switching input, and external shift input, which can meet the operational needs of complex production scenarios.
- Expandable Detection Capacity: It can be connected with up to 3 expansion units (4 units in total including the main unit), enabling simultaneous detection of multiple color marks and adapting to large – scale production line applications.
