VQD1151U-5M-X9 is an original miniature 4-port 2-position single solenoid directional control valve from SMC VQD1000 series. It adopts direct-operated poppet structure without sliding seals inside the valve chamber. Equipped with DC24V solenoid coil, M plug electrical connector and large-flow U-type internal passage design, this valve supports both positive compressed air circuit and vacuum suction/release application. It is widely adopted in precision electronic assembly equipment, semiconductor processing fixtures, tiny pneumatic gripper drive systems, dispensing equipment, inspection automation platforms and compact sorting machinery.
